Welcome to the Sultan Warriors official website. We value your trust and aim to provide a smooth and transparent experience for all fans and customers. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and returns are handled for memberships and merchandise purchases.
☄ Membership Cancellations & Refunds
Membership Purchases (Platinum, Gold, Silver)
All membership purchases are non-refundable once the payment has been completed.
This is because membership benefits—such as merchandise, event eligibility, digital access, and exclusive privileges—are activated immediately upon purchase.
However, you may contact us if:
- You were charged multiple times by mistake
- You purchased the wrong membership tier by error (within 24 hours)
- Your payment was deducted but your membership did not activate
We will review such cases individually to determine eligibility for a corrective refund.
Membership Cancellation
Memberships cannot be cancelled mid-season once activated.
You will continue to receive the benefits until the end of the membership period.

☄ Merchandise Orders (Store Products)
Order Cancellation
You may request cancellation within 12 hours of placing an order, as long as the item has not been packed or shipped.
Once the product is shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
Refunds for Merchandise
- A refund is provided in the following scenarios:
- You cancel the order within the allowed time window
- The item arrives damaged or defective
- The wrong item is delivered
- The order cannot be delivered by the courier
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
No Refunds for These Cases
Refunds are not applicable for:
- Personalized items (e.g., custom jerseys with your name)
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling
- Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences
- Products returned without original packaging/tags
☄ Return & Exchange Policy
You may request a return or exchange if:
The product is damaged on arrival
The size received does not match the ordered size
You received a different product than what you ordered
Return window: 7 days from the date of delivery
Returned items must be:
Unused
In original condition
With all tags and packaging intact
We may refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refund time may vary depending on your bank/payment provider
